Do I need a passport?

Yes and it must be valid up to 6 months after return date.

Can I meet the group in Egypt?

No, for this tour you must travel as a group.

Can I buy my own airline reservation and still be on the flight with the group?

Yes, I will provide flight info and if you have frequent flyer or other points or another way of paying for the flights, you can book yourself on the same flights as the group, if there are seats available. You can not purchase group space with points.

If I need to travel to the gateway city can you arrange my flights?

Most times yes. If we have a large group out of one city I will arrange group fares for a specific flight to connect with our international gateway.

Do I need a Visa?

Non-Egyptian visitors arriving in Egypt are required to be in possession of a valid passport. Entry visas may be obtained from Egyptian Diplomatic and Consular Missions Abroad or from the Entry Visa Department at the Travel Documents, Immigration and Nationality Administration (TDINA). It is, however, possible for most tourists and visitors to obtain an entry visa at any of the Major Ports of Entry. Please check with your nearest Egyptian Consular mission for more details concerning visa regulations applying to your citizenship.  Note: Most travelers obtain their Visa upon entry to Egypt.  Visa applications are normally passed out by airlines prior to landing at an Egyptian airport.  The cost is currently $15.00 US.

Can I extend my stay?  Yes. 

Do I have to purchase insurance?

No.  however insurance is always recomended

How is medical coverage in Egypt?

Egypt does have medical facilities in the larger cities where we will be.  They do not guarantee English speaking doctors.

If I need to fly home before the group what can be done?

We will make arrangements for you but payment is up to you. This is why we recommend insurance.

If I’m a single and don’t want to pay the supplement can you find me a room mate?

Yes. We can match same gender participants if available.

What meals are included?

Breakfast daily and some dinners - please see specific tours for details.

Are entrance fees included?

Yes, to all scheduled stops as outlined in the itinerary.  If on your free time you do something that requires an entrance fee it is then up to you to pay it.

Can we make unscheduled stops if the area is interesting?

Yes, it’s a private coach tour and we can change stops to suit the group.

Can I make payments? Yes.

We are an over 18 group, but arrangements can be made for older children staying in their parent's room.
